System Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
- Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and other network services
- Handle email accounts, user access, and permissions across platforms like Google Workspace
- Monitor and maintain IT security, including antivirus software, firewall configurations, and access controls
- Support video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and troubleshoot meeting room equipment
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage hardware/software procurement
- Assist with software installations, updates, and licensing management
- Provide basic IT training to employees on tools and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for IT support and services as needed
