Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners in TIER 1 and TIER 2 markets. Ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Affiliate Strategy Development: Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on ROI and long-term growth
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key traffic KPIs such as ROI, ROMI, eCPA, and ARPU to assess affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Campaign Management: Manage and track affiliate campaigns from start to finish. Ensure campaigns are running efficiently and effectively, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the competitor strategies, and industry dynamics
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders and maintain clear communication with affiliates and internal teams
  • Payment Models Knowledge: Understand various payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid) and optimize affiliate deals accordingly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role, with a focus on TIER 1 and TIER 2 markets
  • Strong understanding of the betting/gambling market and its dynamics
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal communication)
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to analyze traffic KPIs such as ROI, ROMI, eCPA, and ARPU.
  • Familiarity with traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid), and web analytics
  • Experience in affiliate marketing strategy development and campaign management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and build strong relationships with partners
